Failed generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are refunded to your wallet automatically.
Plans
Plans are prepaid for one month or one year and do not renew automatically. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
Top-ups
Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
